While the apprentice was training, they brought in a host of marketing and content creation tools that reduced our overall team workload. This was through automation and other new techniques that the industry is using. When we are busy with the day-to-day running, we did not have time to explore new ways of working and it was refreshing to see the value this adds.

Class Academy

We have not taken up the charity offer yet but are looking forward to doing so when schools properly reopen. We are very pleased with the direct outputs in our organisation such as Keyword and Competitor research. It was exciting to see our apprentice launch email campaigns end to end.

SME Digital

I am proud of the rebranding which I am currently working on, as well as some other good designs. I believe I was part of improving the visual standard of the company. I appreciate the opportunity to work and try new things in a safe, and encouraging space/environment.

I am proud of the creation of the marketing posters…because it was professional looking print media that attracted our target audience. Also the fast and efficient video editing at the beginning of my apprenticeship course. I created branding with appropriate colour scheme and typography applied to every single video, which showed a consistent pattern.

My greatest achievement in my learning will be creating a professional website, as my knowledge in digital marketing and web design was poor before this course. I managed to develop my skills in those particular spheres, and I aim to go higher and higher. My greatest achievement in my work will be contributing to a massive project that will boost the brand awareness and the sales in our company.

Definitely do not underestimate how lucky you can be as a business. The right team members are out there. We thought our requirements were too specific whilst there was pressure on the business to move to a larger work site and expand the team.
