Definitely do not underestimate how lucky you can be as a business. The right team members are out there. We thought our requirements were too specific whilst there was pressure on the business to move to a larger work site and expand the team. Our current staff gained a number of skills in a short amount of time from their Creative Content training and improved our online discoverability. We will consider taking on new hires through the programme due to the benefits we’ve had.
