Responsibilities
- Producing creative content for product launches and promotions
- Designing storyboards for video and executing video recording and post-production end to end
- Taking product photos and graphically enhancing using software
- Updating brand & company social media
- Customer interaction through various digital channels
- Improving digital work processes in current software toolkit e.g. trello
- Researching into more areas of growth for business through merchandising & more distribution/sales platforms
- Seeking partnership opportunities with brands and forming an influencer marketing strategy
- Producing new designs with resident and overseas team
- Managing online campaigns for ads and designing suitable funnels and landing pages
- Printing daily artwork
- Vinyl weeding
- Matching artwork to garments that customers have ordered
- Printing garments – using heat press machines
- Packing & dispatching customer orders
Person description
The ideal candidate would have passion for printed media. You should have a keen eye for detail and appreciate the realities and practicalities of physically producing digital designs. You should also have an interest in eCommerce and Digital Marketing so that your ideas, alongside existing products, get more traction and sales. You prioritise your time effectively so that the targets for the day are met. You are honest about your learning and skills development, asking for help and guidance in a timely manner.

Recruitment Process
The training provider for this apprenticeship is Commun-IT. We have asked them to first liaise with applicant to ensure that they are eligible for the apprenticeship. Thereafter, we would like to start with a telephone interview. Shortlisted applicants at this point would be invited to an in-person assessment day so that both the company and the applicant can make sure the work environment and job role are a good match for the apprenticeship commitment. We would like our apprentices to excel in their course and complete it therefore encourage an honest look at the overall opportunity that has both training and work requirements.
Considerations
If you cannot attend interviews during the allotted times in our recruitment stages, we do not have the capacity to further your application due to our recruitment timeline for our new warehouse.
