Course Aims

Employer – businesses of all types will have the ability to support their service users through online and digital channels, as they develop omnichannel approaches to meeting customer needs, deflect traditional telephone and face-to-face contacts, and reduce costs.

Apprentice – will learn how to interact daily with a wide variety of internal or external users of digital systems, through digital channels, by phone, and/or face to face.

The apprentice will have to learn all about the business in order to achieve this qualification and the Employer will benefit from the implementation of a range of digital operations and digital transformation projects applied across all the business`s functions to maximize productivity.
About This Course
The Digital Support Technician apprenticeship was produced in collaboration with employers to create a course that would not only teach lots of great new skills to the learner but would also have a useful and long-lasting impact on their business.
The broad purpose of a Digital Support Technician is to maximize the effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software, digital communications, including collaborative technologies, and digital information systems to achieve objectives.
The skills learned in this course are valuable to any organization and any person who has this qualification will be seen as an extremely high-value employee.
